• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
• Perform additional accounting and finance support as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent designation preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating financial reports, dashboards, and performing financial analysis.
  
  

• Experience with other accounting software and ERP systems.
