• Reconnect with previous clients to explore win-back opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written); English fluency required.
• Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and contract management systems is a plus.
