Key Responsibilities

Client Growth & Engagement

  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Help identify upsell, renewal, and cross-selling opportunities in client accounts.
  • Support client onboarding and kick-off processes for short-term projects.
  • Gather, organize, and communicate client requirements to internal teams.


Project Coordination (1–3 Month Projects)

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones with internal teams.
  • Maintain project trackers, documentation, reports, and logs.
  • Schedule and document project meetings (agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions).
  • Track task progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
  • Escalate blockers, risks, or issues to senior project managers or team leads.
  • Ensure client expectations, scope, and timelines remain aligned throughout the project.


Delivery Support

  • Assist internal teams with basic delivery tasks such as content uploads, documentation, and simple system configuration (WordPress, Moodle, etc.).
  • Perform basic quality checks before sending deliverables to clients.
  • Support preparation for demos, training sessions, and project handovers.
  • Help ensure all deliverables meet client standards and internal quality criteria.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in client-facing, coordination, or support roles preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of project management (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Trello/Jira, Zoom, WordPress, or Moodle.


Soft Skills

  • Strong client orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple small projects at the same time.
  • Fast learner with high ownership and accountability.
  • Strong follow-through and commitment to completing tasks.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow.
