Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in forwarding / logistics industry.
• Strong communication, sales, presentation & organizational skills, as well as commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and thorough understanding of strategic development, and to prospect, cultivate, and manage new accounts.
• The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Job Description

• Has a strong sales history with measurable performance standards in conversion, margin and overall revenue
• Familiarity with Defined sales techniques and strategies
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details, critical thinking and learning abilities
• Design and implement sales strategies
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Generate new business using existing and potential clients
• Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
• Accountable for regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levels by ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
• Responsible for updating the management to constantly check and monitor sales and target update, as well as on the campaign's progress.
