Hiring post: Account Manager

Hours: 8 hours daily

Salary: PHP60K

Qualifications:

- 3+yrs of Customer Onboarding experience

- 2+ years of experience in managing a small team (3 to 5) or has worked as a senior Account Manager

- Have led a team with a primary focus on customer onboarding

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Scheduling kickoff calls with new customers and serving as the primary touch point during onboarding until website setup completion

- Successfully onboarding 90 customers with setups within 4 weeks

- Conduct periodic check-ins with customers to maintain relationships and increase their value and overall retention

- Successfully executing against our onboarding playbook

- Conducting retention initiatives for churned customers

• - Communicating customer requests and updates with the creative team
