Job Summary: The SEO/SEM Specialist is responsible for executing data driven strategies to improve the business's paid and organic search performance across key digital platforms. This role oversees the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns (including Google Ads, Meta, and other SEM platforms), works closely with Digital Design & UI for on-page and local SEO initiatives, and identifies opportunities for growth through detailed performance analysis and research. The position plays a critical role in driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and supporting broader marketing goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role reports to the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager and works closely with the broader marketing team to ensure search marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and contribute to overall digital performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other SEM platforms, covering Search, Display, and Performance Max formats.
- Craft engaging, high-performing ad copy and test multiple creative variations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion outcomes.
- Continuously track campaign performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to drive measurable results and meet performance targets.
- Manage allocated budgets effectively across platforms, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Utilise advanced targeting tactics such as audience segmentation, remarketing, and geotargeting to reach high-intent users and boost campaign relevance.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to test and optimise landing pages for higher engagement and improved conversion rates.
- Optimise local landing pages for visibility in search engine results, focusing on location-based keywords and high-quality content.
- Ensure images, information and operating hours are current and relevant.
- Work closely with digital, creative, and content teams to ensure all SEM and SEO strategies are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest SEM and SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates, and apply relevant insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Prepare and present insightful reports on campaign performance, covering key metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, conversions, and quality score. Use findings to refine bidding strategies and optimise campaign outcomes in conjunction with the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager.
- Proactively identify and resolve any campaign issues or sudden performance drops, ensuring campaign continuity and effectiveness.
Requirements/Skills Needed:- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Max.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through paid media and organic search strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO tools
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with local SEO practices and structured data markup.
- Solid understanding of landing page optimisation principles and A/B testing methodologies.

- Work Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 PM AEST | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time
