Wylog, a forward-thinking technology company, is actively seeking a skilled React / Next.js Developer to join our team. At Wylog, we specialize in building innovative, real-time communication platforms and streaming-based applications. This role focuses on the development of advanced, front-end user interfaces using React and Next.js frameworks.

While experience with media streaming technologies (players, protocols) is a strong advantage, it is not mandatory for this position.

As a React / Next.js Developer at Wylog, your main responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and optimize front-end components for web applications using React (with Hooks and functional components) and Next.js (13+). You will collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product owners to deliver highly interactive and performant user experiences.

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical foundations, good communication skills in English, and the ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and Next.js
• Implement scalable and reusable UI components based on design specifications
• Work with media streaming libraries or integrate media players as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and QA
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality improvements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across browsers and devices
• Stay updated on front-end trends, tools, and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of front-end development experience
• At least 2 years of experience with Next.js in production environments
• Solid hands-on experience with React (functional components, Hooks)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup

• Experience working with media players (e.g., HLS.js, Video.js, Shaka Player)
• Familiarity with streaming protocols (HLS, WebRTC, DASH)
• Experience with TypeScript
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), internationalization (i18n), and responsive design
• Experience in full-stack development (Node.js or other backends) is a plus
