  • Interact with customers through phone calls and emails to know their requirements and needs
  • Cold call people using a given phone directory to introduce and sell products
  • Resolve conflicting and complex issues relating to customer services.
  • Ensure dispatching and delivery of products is met with customer deadlines.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality services to customers.
  • Maintain and manage customer files and databases.
  • Encoding, document filing and other clerical task that will assign to you
  • Assist in Accounting Department

  • Graduate of any Business or Management course
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
