Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing and Communications Officer. The officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies, writing press releases, and handling strategic communications. The officer will manage various communication channels to promote the resort and engage with the audience. Handling PR teams visiting Manami Resort from various locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field
• Strong skills in Strategic Communications
• Experience in Marketing Communications and Press Releases
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry is a plus
• Willing or is based based in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Manage communication channels, including social media, email, and public relations.
• Coordinate with PR teams and media groups visiting Manami Resort.
• Ensure brand messaging aligns across all platforms and teams.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance.
• Create intermediate-level graphic designs for marketing materials.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns effectively.
• Organize and oversee promotional activities.
