Hiring post: Lien Negotiator

Hours: 8.5 hours (including breaks)

Shift: 12 AM to 8:30 AM PH TIME (client is in PST), 40 hours per week

Agent rate: 40-60K/Month

- Check medical statements, insurance claims, and lien documents for accuracy

- Identify billing discrepancies or excessive lien amounts

- Negotiate with doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies to lower liens

- Prepare counteroffers and settlement proposals

- Draft and send counteroffers, settlement proposals, and negotiation summaries to providers

- Ensure lien resolutions match payment timelines

- Help with client payment calculations and finalize payments to lienholders

- Ensure settlements meet legal and client agreement standards

Qualifications

- 1–2 years in lien negotiation in personal injury law.

- Knowledge of medical liens

- Good negotiation skills and attention to detail
