Position: IT and Facility Staff

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (5 working days with 2 consecutive days off)

Salary: 15,000- 20,000

Work Set-Up: Work on Site

• To maintain the efficiency of the company's office equipment such as Business software which is not limited to computers, routers, printers, headsets, microphone, calculators, film coders, etc.
• To provide first-level technical assistance to management, employees, and clients of the company

Major Role:

• Monitor and maintain computer systems as well as the networks inside the organization.
• Responsible for providing resolution to all technical and network-related issues
• Provide shift and on-call technical assistance to the company
