  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for direct hires and outsourced employees
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies regarding deployment, contract status, timekeeping, and employee concerns
  • Assist in compliance tasks such as pre-employment requirements, contract monitoring, and government-mandated benefits for direct-hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and 201 files for both regular and agency-deployed staff
  • Monitor daily attendance and incident reports; assist in processing clearances and certificates
  • Support HR-led programs and engagement activities across all employee groups
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team as needed

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative functions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or OJT in an HR setting is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in recruiting.
  • Based in an office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime and weekend duty.
  • A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
