Penerangan

Design and produce compelling graphics and visuals for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and email campaigns, as well as print materials like brochures, flyers, and posters.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate seasonal and brand campaigns.
Adapt and roll out existing designs to various formats and platforms while maintaining consistency in aesthetics and quality.
Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions for new project concepts.
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

Syarat-syarat

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML and CSS.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong detail-oriented approach.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creative solutions.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Prior experience in a marketing or advertising environment.
