Penerangan

  • Review the Cash Disbursement Journal regularly to ensure the accuracy and completeness of transactions
  • Supervise and mentor two (2) accounting staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines
  • Ensure timely compliance with government regulatory requirements such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, including preparation, filing, and payment
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Review monthly bank reconciliations prepared by the accounting staff
  • Assist the Accounting Head in implementing accounting policies, systems, and improvements
  • Maintain proper documentation and organized filing of financial records
  • Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Accounting Head, ensuring smooth workflow even in a low-supervision setup
  • Assist in cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and other management reporting tasks
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports as needed


Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Experience in government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) is required
  • Prior experience supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to manage daily accounting operations independently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to implement internal controls
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative in addressing accounting-related concerns
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially when working with an offsite Accounting Head
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required
