Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Analyst at Grow Capital Partners located in Taguig with the flexibility for some work from home. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial statements, finance, and financial reporting on a day-to-day basis. Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and transaction analysis. Conduct industry and company research to support advisory mandates. Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, investment memos, and client reports. Support deal execution and due diligence processes. Work closely with Associates and senior team members across multiple projects

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, finance, consulting, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication, pleasant interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
