- The position also involves conducting risk assessments and developing strategic facility plans to align with organizational goals.
Syarat-syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Project Management, Sustainability, or Design Management is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, planning, or design.
- Proven track record of managing design and construction projects from concept to completion, including overseeing contractors and project teams.
- Experience in budgeting, planning, and scheduling for facilities projects.
- Deep understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and local government policies related to facilities and construction.
- Expertise in space planning, building design, and sustainable facility management practices.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software for facility layouts and design creation.
