About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE) to lead and support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electronic and low-voltage systems across retail malls, hotels, buildings, and commercial compounds.

This role demands both technical expertise and on-site leadership, covering systems such as LED display panels, FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm Systems), anti-theft alarms, lighting controls, and public address systems. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our electronic solutions are delivered with precision, safety, and long-term reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform on-site installation, wiring, and setup of LED panels, FDAS, CCTV, alarms, and other systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system faults efficiently to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and client representatives during project execution
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and generate technical service reports
• Interpret electrical plans and ensure adherence to safety standards and local codes
• Recommend improvements for system performance and operational efficiency
• Ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship on all assigned projects

Qualifications:

• Licensed ECE (Electronics and Communications Engineer)
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in low-voltage systems (LED, FDAS, CCTV, etc.)
• Strong understanding of electrical layout, control systems, and structured cabling
• Experience with LED controllers (e.g., Novastar, Colorlight) and alarm panels
• Able to lead small technical teams or subcontractors on site
• Trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel and work on-site around the Philippines

Preferred but Not Required:

• Certifications in FDAS, CCTV, or BMS
• Previous experience in hotel, retail, or mall projects
• Background in project documentation and technical reporting
