We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a current and active PRC license, with a strong background in hospital or bedside care and proven expertise in phone-based triage and medical reviewing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional triage and clinical assessments over the phone following established protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive medical reviews, analyzing patient data and clinical records.
• Deliver appropriate health education and clinical recommendations based on findings.
• Accurately document patient interactions and assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA or applicable privacy regulations.

• Active PRC License (Registered Nurse – Philippines).
• Minimum of 2 years hospital or bedside clinical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in:
• Phone handling or clinical triage (telehealth, nurse hotline, etc.)
• Medical reviewing or utilization review (UR), case review, or clinical audit.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with EMR/EHR systems and remote tools.
