JOB PURPOSE: The Accounting Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and analysis of all aspects of the company's financial operations. This includes preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, budgeting and analyzing financial data, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and handling all other finance-related tasks. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will address employee relations, including recruitment, retention, and termination processes, as well as managing policies and procedures, employee benefits, and payroll. They may also perform other administrative duties as needed.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Developing, executing, and overseeing the company's financial strategy.
Managing the company's financial accounts, including payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets.
Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, along with bank reports and various detailed analysis reports.
Responsible for accurate financial processing, timely month-end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Handling the company's transactions and debts while conducting cash flow forecasting.
Performing financial audits for the company.
Following proper accounting procedures is essential for achieving financial objectives.
Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data.
Generating financial reports through data analysis.
Oversee and manage the creation and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections.
Providing recommendations to business stakeholders.
Maintain professional banking relationships

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, combined with 3-5 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance; MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred. Proven experience as an accounting officer or in a similar role.

Expert computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook with emphasis on using a merge program that transfers data to the appropriate forms
Navision accounting software experience is a plus
