A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a
Workforce & Reporting Analyst with Acquire BPO, you’ll take charge of reporting and analyzing data for the Service Assurance team. You’ll support stakeholders by providing insights, trends, and performance analytics, contributing directly to the success of the operations team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage complex databases, generate reports, and engage in strategic workforce planning.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong BPO Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with BPO operations, reporting, and workforce management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate insights effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with phone systems, MS Office, and Google applications.
- Data Analytics & Forecasting: Background in data analysis and forecasting is a plus.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work well with internal teams, from IT to leads, managers, and department heads.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work after hours when needed to support critical timelines.
