About the role

• As a Business Development Executive at Artson Commercial Incorporated, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's business growth and expansion across Davao City and Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and securing sales orders.

What you'll be doing

• Continue to grow the sales to our existing customers.
• Proactively prospect and identify customers with good sales potential and acceptable payment practices within your assigned territory
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new businesses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Negotiate and close sales orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Contribute to the overall sales and revenue goals of the organization

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role selling food ingredients to bakeries, cafes, hotels, shops, and factories. This requirement is a must. If you don’t have this qualification, please do not apply. Thank you.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients
• Aggressive in exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel within the Davao region to meet with clients
