We are seeking a Strategic and Partnership Manager to drive our growth through strategic collaborations, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, vendors, and other external organizations that align with company goals
Facilitate negotiations of partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to secure favorable and strategic collaborations
Collaborate with leadership teams to define and execute long-term business strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and growth plans
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential strategic partners. Keep an eye on competitive landscape and emerging opportunities
Manage the entire lifecycle of partnerships—from initial negotiations to contract development, execution, and performance analysis
Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment of partnership strategies with company operations and offerings
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand awareness and build new partnership opportunities.

Proven experience in Business Development or Partnership Management preferably in a Gaming industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong command in English is required
Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret market trends.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, CRM and Project Management tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
