We are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor.

As a Stewarding Supervisor, We Rely On You To

Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding section
Supervision of the cleaning process, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all Food & Beverage areas in a manner consistent with the standards of the Resort.
Ensures that staff adhere to the rules and regulations of the Resort
Assists in the control of Food & Beverage divisional expenses by educating outlets on proper chemical usage, equipment handling, breakage cost and safety issues.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Believes in teamwork
Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
A self-starter and a team player
Enjoys being challenged
