Work Set Up: Onsite

Location: Km 14 Edison Road, Merville, City of Parañaque

Position Type: Contract - 13 months (can be extended)

Salary Package: Php 200,000 plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Define & Prioritize Features: Identify business needs and prioritize features that align with strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders from various departments like HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement to ensure all business needs are considered.
• Articulate Business Requirements: Clearly communicate business requirements and user stories to the development teams.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work with technical teams to confirm feasibility and help guide the design of the solution.
• Drive User Adoption & Change Management: Lead efforts in making sure the end-users adopt the product and manage the change effectively through the product lifecycle.
• Ensure Data Quality & Compliance: Oversee the quality of data, ensure processes are aligned, and that the product complies with enterprise standards.

Ideal Background & Skills:

• Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes such as HR onboarding, payroll, procurement, etc.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working with leaders and associates across the organization.
• Workshop Facilitation: Able to lead workshops and provide recommendations based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements for technical teams.
• Agile Experience: Prior experience in agile delivery environments and product management.
• ServiceNow Experience (Preferred):
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, and Case Management.
• Familiarity with Doc Generation, Workday integrations, and other ServiceNow modules like Onboarding, Manager Hub, and Lifecycle Events.
• Experience with multi-functional ServiceNow portals used by multiple teams and decision-makers.
