Lead and supervise daily activities of the sales team
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance
Set and track sales targets for individual representatives and the team as a whole
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
Prepare and submit sales reports to management
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TELCO and broadband products and promotions
Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally

Education: High school graduate, college level or degree holder (any field)
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales (team lead experience is a plus)
Industry Experience: Preferred background in telecommunications, broadband, or similar industries
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
Results-oriented and highly organized
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to be assigned in CAMANAVA area
Proficiency in using basic office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) is an advantage
