Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, market trends, and competitors.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM software.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance.

Proven experience as a sales representative, agent, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with sales reporting tools.
High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
