Our Green Startup, a progressive and tech-centric solar company, is on a mission to blend cutting-edge technology with conscious capitalism for a sustainable future. As we continue to expand, we are on the lookout for a spirited Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to something meaningful while challenging one’s skills in sales and client management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Management:
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities with large clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our solar solutions, explaining the benefits of our products and services in alignment with the clients’ sustainability goals.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Develop a solid sales pipeline through a mix of cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Provide insights into market trends and suggest new strategies for business growth.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Regularly review and track progress against sales plans, and report on activities and outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Contribution to Sustainable Goals:
  • Passionately represent the company’s commitment to conscious capitalism and environmental sustainability in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the solar industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
