Job description

Sales & Closing

  • Close inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales calls and demos with potential clients to showcase the value of RemoteGenies.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline via CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets and KPI’s.

Client & Freelancer Acquisition

  • Schedule and lead demo calls for both prospective clients and freelancers.
  • Host onboarding webinars and walkthroughs to introduce the platform, explain the process, and increase freelancer engagement.
  • Create and implement onboarding strategies to improve activation and retention.
  • Identify and nurture potential leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach.
  • Track and optimize conversion rates for client sign-ups and task postings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or SaaS/service-based selling.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience conducting webinars, live demos, or onboarding sessions.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and consultative sales skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain digital platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and funnel management.
  • Prior experience in freelancing, outsourcing, or tech platforms is a plus.
