簡介

  • Prepare Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoice
  • Timely preparation and printing of bar code, price tag and product stickers
  • Checking and validation of Purchase Order
  • Identification of stock level and inventory per SKU
  • Manage printing/stamping of date per SKU using date coder
  • Assist Sales and Admin Officer in preparation of Delivery Schedule
  • Manage online booking for deliveries and pull-out.
  • Monitoring of fleet schedules for maintenance and repair
  • Consistent communication with the team and management for any updates, pending task and deliverables.
  • Canvass of cost efficient suppliers and vendors
  • Can handle high level reporting and communication with the Management Team
  • Other related asks that may be assigned from time-to-time.

職位要求

  • 1-2 years of experience in office admin, warehouse and in the same industry.
  • Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Willing to work near Banawe and D. Tuazon Quezon City
  • Graduate of any business related course.
