Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of all resort departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, recreation, and maintenance.

Lead and manage staff by setting goals, providing training, and ensuring high performance.

Ensure excellent guest service by addressing guest concerns and resolving complaints promptly.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize profitability.

Implement and maintain resort policies, procedures, and service standards.

Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost occupancy and revenue.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.

Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.

Monitor and manage inventory and supplies for smooth resort operations.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Resort Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Financial and budgetary acumen.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
