• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement timely solutions to minimize project delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, material counts, and change orders for stakeholder review.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and clients, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
