We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Engineer [Project-in-Charge] to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned Davao-based construction projects. The role is suited for a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders. The Project Engineer/Project-in-Charge will serve as the on-site representative of the Project Manager, ensuring timely execution, compliance with quality and safety standards, and proper coordination across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site execution of construction activities to ensure alignment with approved plans, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones and report progress, delays, or issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Facilitate on-site meetings and resolve construction-related concerns.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, budgeting, and documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage procurement and delivery schedules of materials and equipment.
• Serve as the main point of contact at the site for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction project supervision or management.
• Preferably with experience in mid- to high-rise buildings, commercial or residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, project planning, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools; familiarity with AutoCAD and construction management software is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned full-time in Davao City and travel as needed.
