What you'll be doing

Coordinate and oversee all administrative aspects of the Sevina Park project

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver project milestones on time and within budget

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role, ideally within the real estate or construction industry

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders

Proficient in using relevant software tools, such as MS Office Suite

A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of real estate development processes and industry regulations an advantage
