We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will be working with Connext's Client in the United States of America.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing client contracts, organizing invoices, assisting with project setup in internal systems, and managing key documentation for meetings. This role will also provide administrative and operational support to our Project Managers and client-facing teams.
Responsibilities:
• Review, understand, and organize contracts, with attention to terms, conditions, and context.
• Categorize and organize invoices according to predefined guidelines (e.g., category, invoice name, invoice date).
• Assist Project Managers in inputting and tracking data in Quickbase based on organized invoice and contract information.
• Prepare meeting agendas and recaps for internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with both onshore team members and internal Connext stakeholders for smooth process execution.
Qualifications:
• At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative support roles
• Can demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and INDEX-MATCH.
• Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively correspond with US-based clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks with a focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping.
