• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing low-code business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proven experience building responsive, role-based apps with integration to data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, or SQL Server
• Strong portfolio or track record demonstrating delivery of complex forms, automated workflows, and mobile-optimized apps
• Experience creating automated, predefined reports and dashboards using Power BI or within the Power Platform
• Familiarity with governance, security roles, and app lifecycle management within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Basic proficiency in Python, with the ability to build simple scripts or add-ons to extend functionality where required
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and services, including Power Platform Admin Center and Azure Active Directory integration
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams

• Translate provided business requirements, wireframes, and process flows into polished, functional, and user-friendly Power Apps applications
• Design and optimize app layouts for responsive performance across web, tablet, and mobile devices within the Power Apps environment
• Create reusable components such as forms, galleries, dashboards, filters, and role-based views to enhance app functionality and user experience
• Build and maintain a consistent app design system and UI standards that align with organizational branding and accessibility guidelines
• Develop Power Apps applications that integrate seamlessly with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs
• Implement automated workflows and business process automations using Power Automate, ensuring they meet scalability, performance, and security standards
