We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings to ensure functionality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential, commercial, or industrial structures.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies such as leaks, clogs, or equipment failures.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure plumbing systems remain in good working condition.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff on large-scale repairs or renovations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by local law).
• Proven experience as a maintenance plumber or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
