Role Overview

We’re seeking an Operational Execution Executive to join BitDATA Exchange Global, responsible for identifying profitable operational opportunities, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. This role involves collaboration with clients and partners to drive business growth and requires regular interaction with internal teams across products, data, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and execution to maximize profitability;
• Operate execution and settlement systems and adjust pricing based on real-time market dynamics;
• Recommend automation and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system functionality, market structures, and industry trends;
• Coordinate workflow with internal departments for seamless operations;
• Attend to customer queries and requests for new orders, amendments and cancellations.
• Willing to cover shifts, including weekends, and manage ad-hoc transactions as the primary contact.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field preferred;
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and risk management, particularly in blockchain and Web3;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within financial services;
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with proven communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement;
• Strong analytical abilities to identify profitable execution and manage risk exposure effectively;
• Resilient and capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with blockchain technology is an advantage.
