Qualifications:

Possesses academic degree(s) as prescribed by CHED with relevant specialized knowledge and experience, government professional licenses, and industry certifications where applicable; exudes skills, values, and competencies set by MMDC.

Competencies:

Apply Constructivist Learning Principles: prioritize competency development over knowledge acquisition through leading, managing, and facilitating learning experiences such as problems projects, and cases.
