説明

  • Responsible in creating programs for fiber laser cutting
  • Creating and modifying programs for fiber laser cutting and engraving machines using CAD/CAM software
  • Optimizing cutting paths, nesting layouts, and laser settings (speed, power, frequency) to minimize material waste and maximize efficiency. 
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and design files. 
  • Setting up and operating fiber laser machines, including loading materials and adjusting parameters. 
  • Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality, using measuring tools and visual checks. 
  • Working with design, engineering, and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues. 
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment. 
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, such as work instructions and setup sheets. 

要件

  • Mechanical Engineer undergraduate may apply
  • Computer Literate
  • Experience with software like AutoCAD, Corel DRAW, or similar programs is essential. 
  • Hands-on experience operating fiber laser machines is typically required. 
  • Understanding of different materials and their properties is helpful. 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. 
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is often beneficial. 
  • Understanding of quality control principles and practices. 
  • Willing to render overtime if necessary
  • Willing to work in Maguyam Silang Cavite
  • 20 to 40 years old
