DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Implements production schedule by ensuring that all personnel and vital equipment are performing within the standard operating procedures.

● Monitors and reports subordinates’ performance and attendance.

● Monitors laboratory analysis of submitted product samples and makes the necessary adjustments, if needed.

● Supervises and directs work of operators assigned in production including proper housekeeping and warehousing.

● Oversees loading of products to containers / lorry tanks.

● Trouble shoots operational problems.

● Supervises the re-feeding / mixing of non-conforming SOP at the conveying system.

● Accomplishes the production log sheet properly and to make detailed report in the operator’s log sheet all the things that happened during assigned shift including safety.

● Makes proper endorsement and turnover of production status and work phase to next shift MCC duty face to face and thru logbook for continues workflow and avoid untoward incidents.

● Investigates and reports accidents and property damage to Management with recommendation on how to prevent its recurrence.

● Acts as over-all Plant Production Supervisor in case the Plant Manger is attending to other matters.

● Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Must be graduate of Electrical, Mechanic, Chemical Engineering course, preferably licensed and has certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 5 years related work experience in the same capacity three years of which are in supervisory level.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL: Understands the machinery work flow in a plant, including the standard of operations, can trouble shoot operational problems related to production. Has background knowledge in production, manufacturing or routine cycle job.

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Job alert and work oriented, has good leadership skills and ability to make appropriate decisions, can work effectively with minimum supervision, can work under pressure, time oriented and can meet deadlines.
