Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Manage content creation for social media, email newsletters, and digital ads
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
Coordinate promotional activities, marketing events, and client engagement efforts
Maintain the company website and update content as needed
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Promote and upsell treatments, memberships, and retail products
Collaborate with beauty professionals and vendors to enhance service offerings
Handle influencer outreach, partnerships, and cross-promotions
Ensure the brand maintains a strong, professional online and offline presence
Meet and exceed sales targets and marketing performance goals
Represent the brand positively through appearance, attitude, and professionalism

Gereklilik

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing coordination, or client relations in the beauty or wellness sector
2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or client consultation, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury services
Strong sales and negotiation skills to upsell treatments, memberships, and retail products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships
Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), email marketing, and content creation
Experience with website management, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
Skilled in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) and video editing
Knowledge of influencer marketing, paid advertising strategies, and audience targeting
Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns accordingly
Familiarity with CRM software, appointment booking systems, and basic digital marketing
Strong networking, sales, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks, events, and promotions simultaneously
Experience working with vendors, beauty professionals, and clients
Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and salon/spa services
Knowledge of spa, salon, and aesthetic treatments (e.g., skincare, facials, laser, injectables) is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems and appointment scheduling software
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Professional, well-groomed appearance to represent the brand positively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on client demand
Ability to establish tie-ups and partnerships with various clients
