• Supports the Private Wealth RMs in servicing both prospective and existing clients
• Helps RMs in monitoring daily maturities and other administrative reports (TOD, fund valuation exceptions)
• Assists RMs on their deliverables i.e., requesting sub-TAs and confirmation advice, routing and funding of orders, disposition on maturities, etc to ensure timely execution/settlement
• Prepares necessary documents for account opening and transactions and ensure these are transmitted to Head office in timely manner
• Assists and monitors the team’s document deficiencies and regularization of documents
• Ensures delivery of the PW Signature experience to PW clients
  
  

• Graduate of any four-year business course
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with BPI Wealth products is a plus
