The Corrugator Machine Operator sets up, operates, and monitors the corrugator machine to ensure continuous production of high-quality corrugated board. This role involves inspecting materials, making adjustments to maintain product standards, and ensuring efficient machine performance.

• Set up and operate corrugator machines following production specifications.
• Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
• Perform quality checks on finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Record production data and machine performance.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs or maintenance needs.

• Candidate must be High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Vocational or technical training in machine operation, mechanical systems, or industrial manufacturing (preferred but not always required)
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, especially operating machinery
• Prior experience with corrugator machines, slitter scorers, or single facers, B/E Flute & double Backer is a strong advantage
• Attention to detail and strong quality control mindset
• Problem-solving abilities to handle machine faults quickly
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical fitness for handling heavy materials and long shifts

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience operating industrial machinery, especially corrugators.
• Understanding of corrugated cardboard manufacturing processes.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical documents.
• Attention to detail and strong quality control focus.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
