• We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate (Sales Focused) to enhance our resort’s efforts in driving brand visibility and revenue growth by expanding our resort's client base. Sales & Marketing Associate-
• Sales Focused (Hybrid) In this role, you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through virtual and in-person sales calls, cold calling, and thorough market research. Your ability to prepare tailored proposals and contracts that align with client needs will be key to your success. As the primary contact for our valued clients, you will foster strong relationships by addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and care. You will also organize and execute sales trips to target markets, guided by the Sales and Marketing Manager, to secure new opportunities. Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities, including pricing strategies and promotional efforts, will ensure you remain ahead of the curve. Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences and actively contribute to the development of impactful promotions and campaigns alongside the sales and marketing team. By participating in sales presentations, trade shows, client site inspections, and other promotional events, you will help enhance our brand visibility and secure new business. Regular preparation and submission of detailed sales plans and performance reports will keep you on track to consistently achieve or exceed your sales targets. To excel in this position, you should have a strong sales background with a proven track record of success and an established network of client accounts. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines. A willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events is required, along with a solid understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.  Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Degree in Sales Management or related field, preferred.
• Strong sales background with existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of market trends in the hospitality industry.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in property management systems, OTA platforms, social media platforms, Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel to attend client meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Must be willing to work in Mabini, Batangas, as necessary.
