Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. This role will require onsite work in Aseana, Pasay & Quezon City and is perfect for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute to business success.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Assess business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in developing solutions that align with business goals
• Prepare reports and presentations based on findings

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis

✔ With good understanding on BA documentation and business requirement gathering

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

✔ Ability to work onsite in Aseana, Pasay & Quezon City (Monday - Friday, Dayshift)
