We are hiring 30 Service Desk Analysts to provide hardware and software support in a BPO environment. The role includes ticket management, and issue resolution following strict helpdesk policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and software support via calls, emails, chat, and portal.
• Accurately log and track service tickets following IT helpdesk policies.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, network, and software issues.
• Ensure compliance with SLA, TAT, and service metrics.
• Escalate unresolved issues as per the helpdesk framework.
• Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and customer updates.

At least 6 months of Service Desk experience (BPO preferred)

Hardware/software troubleshooting skills

Willing to work in shifting schedules

Willing to work on site
