职位描述

  • Install and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, steel, or other materials.
  • Construct frameworks, walls, and roofs according to specifications.
  • Lay bricks, stones, and concrete for various projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members on design and execution.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in masonry, carpentry, or installation.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials; ability to read blueprints.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Install, repair, and maintain masonry structures; assist carpentry projects as needed.
  • Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; physically demanding tasks.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
