Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our customer acquisition strategy, serving as the first point of contact with potential clients. As an SDR, you will play a critical role at the top of the sales funnel, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, and initiating conversations with key decision-makers across various industries. Your primary goal will be to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and seamlessly set introductory meetings for our Business Unit Leaders (BULs) to drive deeper engagement and conversion.

To drive success in this role, you'll leverage a suite of industry-leading sales and prospecting tools, including Salesforce for managing your pipeline and activity tracking, ZoomInfo to source accurate contact data and firmographics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and connect with ideal prospects. You'll also use HubSpot to run personalized email campaigns and monitor prospect engagement, ensuring each follow-up is timely and relevant.

You'll be expected to maintain high daily activity levels, logging outbound calls, tailored emails, social touches, and meeting bookings into Salesforce. Your performance will be evaluated based on volume of outreach, quality of leads, and the number of qualified meetings set for BULs. Attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage time effectively will be key to your success.

As a brand ambassador, you will introduce prospects to Stefanini's global portfolio of IT and digital solutions, which includes application development, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, and digital workplace services. You'll generate interest by identifying challenges prospects face and aligning them with Stefanini's robust suite of offerings-helping open doors to meaningful conversations and long-term partnerships.

You'll work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to refine messaging, sharpen targeting, and continuously improve the effectiveness of outreach strategies. Your role is essential to fueling pipeline growth and helping Stefanini expand its reach in an increasingly competitive market.

Job Requirements

Details:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a lead generation, sales development, or similar role.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: You're self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong Communicator: You excel at crafting persuasive emails, conducting engaging conversations, and building rapport with prospects.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a big plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: You're organized, consistent, and able to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Curious & Collaborative: You're eager to learn, open to feedback, and enjoy working as part of a team.
