Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field
• 5+ years in project governance, QA, or process compliance
• Skilled in agile and traditional PM methods
• Proficient with Clarity PPM, JIRA, Confluence
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator
• Process-driven, with coaching and audit experience
• Self-starter; can manage multiple priorities
• Market research/design thinking and PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma are a plus

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with governance standards and train teams on PPM tools
• Lead audits, identify issues, and drive corrective actions
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements
• Maintain dashboards and report on performance metrics
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
• Support and coach teams to align with standards and improve delivery
