• Installing, maintaining and repairing service equipment.
• Conducts performance tests and identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance duties and carry out proactive repair works when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with service standards, work instructions and clients’ requirements.
• Serves as a company representative and assists clients with their queries.
• Complete and submit needed paperwork in a timely manner to the service coordinator.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the service coordinator or manager.

• Educational Qualifications: Candidate must be at least College Level or suitable equivalent.

• Experience Level: Fresh Graduates are welcome but candidates who have experience as a technician for 1-3 years is an advantage.

• Knowledge of HVAC is an advantage.

• Willing to work on extended hours and holidays.

• Responsibilities and Duties: Perform maintenance, installation, and repairs; ensure compliance with safety regulations; provide excellent customer service.

• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, reliable, and good communication skills.

• Ability in using manual and power tools.

• Must be knowledgeable in safety precautions and adhere to safety guidelines. 

• Knowledge in reading schematics and work plans is also an advantage.
